Alice Reeves

Alice is a private school administrator in Monrovia, Liberia and Co-Pastors Providence Baptist Church. She has been a Board member since 2014. She resides in Liberia.

Cecil Weefur

Cecil is a founding member of ECCF and has been Board Chairman since 2010. He is retired and resides in Oak Ridge, NC.

Debi Pender

Debi is a former state of Florida Alcohol & Beverage Commission executive and currently works as a Legal Consultant in the industry. She has been a board member since 2016 and resides in Tallahassee, Florida.

Guila Cooper

Guila B. Cooper is a native of Augusta, GA. She is a graduate of Bennett College in Greensboro, NC and has further studied at Erskine University in Due West, South Carolina and Harvard University. Rev. Cooper was ordained by the High Point Missionary and Educational Baptist Association in 2011 and is an associate minister at the Oak Ridge First Baptist Church, Oak Ridge, NC. Guila is retired and recently received her Masters of Divinity from Wake Forest University.

Hannah Baker

Hannah has been a youth board member with Each Child Counts and now serves as the Director of Technology. Hannah is a medical student residing in Nashville, Tennessee

Lamont Allen

BOARD MEMBER

Lamont W. Allen is the Legal Advisor to Each Child Counts. He holds a Juris Doctorate and is the owner of a Legal firm. He resides in Modesto, California and has been a Board member since 1998

Michael Baker is an IP Attorney residing in Oak Ridge, North Carolina

Michael Baker is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at SMART Global Holdings. He is the father of Nehemiah and Hannah Baker and the husband of Pamela Baker.

Pamela Baker

Pam is the owner of a Vocal Studio and is a Gospel Artist who has performed internationally. Pamela is a professor at A&T University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.

Richard Russ

Richard Russ is a retired Civil Engineer who has served as the Chief Engineer for the building of the Dr. Claude E. Wilson Academy. He and his wife, Emily, reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

Shari Weefur

Shari is a founding member of ECCF. She works as an IT Professional and resides in Oak Ridge, NC.

T. Michael Weah

Michael is the founder and Board Chair of We Care, our partner NGO, in Monrovia, Liberia. He has been a board member since 1998. He resides in Liberia.

Andrea Gilliard

Andrea Gilliard is an educator and school administrator residing in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is currently completing her doctoral program in education.

Enoch Carlwolo

Enoch Carlwolo is a business owner residing in Charlotte, North Carolina. Enoch previously served as an Each Child Counts Foundation expeditor and project manager in Monrovia, Liberia
